The following information and guidelines have been provided to make the planning of your function easier. We hope that this information will answer most of your questions. However, please do not hesitate to call us with any additional questions you may have.
Menus must be limited and prearranged for all parties of 15 or more people, and an estimated count of those people attending will be requested upon contract signing. Confirmation, guaranteeing the number of guests to be served, must be made at least 48 hours prior to the function. All charges will be based on the guaranteed guest count, or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. A fee of $35.00 per person will be charged for every guests not present under the guaranteed guest count.
It is our policy to quote firm prices for menu items no more than 30 days in advance, and all menu substitutions may be subject to a price change. Prices do not include the appropriate minimum fee, 5.5% state sales tax, or the 18% gratuity service charge.
DEPOSITS & BILLING
A credit card number is mandatory to book a private function at Cloud 9 Grille. There is no deposit required. However, a $100.00 cancellation charge is applied if the function is cancelled within 48 hours of the event.
The final bill can be paid by the original credit card listed on the contract, another credit card, check or cash. If you would like your company to be billed after the event, arrangements may be made to do so.
ALCOHOL
If wine is to be offered, you may request a wine list and make your selections. Otherwise, you may provide us with general wine and price guidelines and our Beverage Director will choose wines for your function.
A corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle will be charged for all wines brought into the restaurant.
Cloud 9 Grille reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age or anyone who appears intoxicated.
The restaurant may refuse service to any group of people who, in the opinion of management, poses a threat to themselves or others.
SEATING
Please advise us of any special seating arrangements. See the attached seating charts.
GRATUITY
We will apply an 18% gratuity fee to all parties.
